Dumbbell set 30 kg

This versatile dumbbell set is perfect for training the chest muscles, biceps, arms, triceps and back muscles. It contains two plates of 5 kg, four plates of 2 kg, four plates of 1.25 kg, a barbell and two dumbbell barbells. The set has a total weight of approximately 30 kg.

With this set the user can choose how much weight he wants to lift for different exercises. The discs are made of cement with a plastic sleeve, they can easily be locked on the dumbbell with the supplied spring locks. The weight of each disc is clearly labeled for quick and easy identification.
